Scope and acceptance

Minifield Labs is an independently operated project. These terms apply to its website, documentation, demonstrations, and hosted platform. By using these services, you agree to these terms.

Open-source packages and model artifacts carry their own licenses. Those licenses govern your use of the licensed code and artifacts.

Accounts and access

Keep your account information accurate and protect your sign-in credentials. Use only workspaces, data, and actions you're authorized to access. Workspace owners control membership and permissions.

Acceptable use

Use the services lawfully. Don't bypass access controls, access another person's data without permission, upload malicious code, or disrupt the service.

Your content

You retain your rights to the content you submit. You give Minifield permission to process and store that content as needed to perform your requested workflows and maintain their records.

Submit content only when you have the rights and permission to use it. Review generated wording, extraction results, and proposed actions before relying on them or executing them in your product.

Models, demonstrations, and host applications

Each feature has a supported scope. Demonstrations and future capabilities are identified in their descriptions. Model outputs can be incorrect, and your application remains responsible for its authorization checks and actions.

Applications that embed Minifield packages set their own terms and data practices. See our Privacy Policy for Minifield's data processing.

Availability and warranties

We can update or retire features and restrict access that violates these terms or threatens service security. The services are provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted operation or error-free results.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement for the hosted services. Separate software licenses retain their own warranty terms.

Responsibility and applicable rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Minifield isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the hosted services. These terms preserve rights and remedies that applicable law doesn't allow us to exclude.

Changes to these terms

We publish changes on this page and update the date above. Changes apply to future use of the services. Material changes to an existing account agreement require any notice required by applicable law.
